Job Description:

A company is looking for an Investigation Team Specialist 1 (SCA).
Key Responsibilities

Process confidential information for background investigations and update multiple database systems
Analyze information received and conduct subject location searches, communicating results to staff
Provide customer service and interpretative guidance to internal customers regarding policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship
Current Tier 5 SSBI favorably adjudicated clearance
1+ years of experience working federal background investigations cases
BS/BA or 3+ years general work experience
1+ years of direct customer service experience
