Associate Deployment RepresentativeNorth- Onsite, Troy, MIShift- Monday to Friday 9am-6pmWhat you'll be doing:Manage incoming and outgoing activities at the Delivery Shipment Door.Process and sort all incoming packages including, but not limited to: returns, refusals or undeliverable items, and office mail.Complete general company requests for shipping.Assist in maintaining and organizing stockrooms.Assist with the return equipment process.Assess, clean, recondition and test functionality of returned equipment; Replace cosmetic parts when necessary.Prepare defective equipment for return back to the manufacturer.Complete special assignments as required by department Manager and/or Team Leads.What we need from you:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ yr of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or deployment preferredExcel or Google Sheets knowledge preferredLight technical skillsSense of urgencyAbility to succeed in a deadline driven environmentStrong communication, organization and computer skills, including e-mailStrong team ethicAbility to lift up to 75lbsHourly Range: $16.50- $18.00Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
