Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product & Transformation Coach,
Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Administer assessments to identify organizational capability gaps
and provide strategic recommendations
Facilitate high-impact training and coaching for product teams and
individuals
Support large-scale organizational change and partner with client
executives on business priorities
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5
years in B2B environments
5+ years of experience leading and coaching high-performing product
teams
Experience in organizational transformation and familiarity with
modern product operating models
Prior instructional, advisory, or consulting experience
preferred
Must be based in the U.S. or Europe and authorized to work without
sponsorship
