If so, we want to hear from you!We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Material Handler/Stand up Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Troy, Michigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our operations and enjoy a consistent day shift schedule with a competitive hourly rate and the potential to earn more!Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)Pay: $16.00 per hour PLUS a $2.00 per hour attendance bonus! That's $18.00 per hour for being on time and ready to work!What You'll Be Doing:As a vital member of our warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and the efficient fulfillment of orders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately identifying, labeling, and strategically storing materials within the warehouse, maintaining precise inventory records.
• Efficiently placing incoming materials on designated racks.
• Proactively ensuring replenishment areas are fully stocked to support operations.
• Locating and verifying materials and supplies according to production orders and customer requirements.
• Utilizing our scanning and computer system to track work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Safely operating stand-up Hilos, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including pallet organization, floor cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Adhering to all warehouse safety regulations and guidelines.
• Flexibly assisting with various miscellaneous warehouse tasks as needed.
• Potentially supporting shipping material handling duties when required.What You Bring to the Team:
  • Proven experience operating a stand-up Hilo (essential!).
  • A strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and understand production orders and schedules.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using scanning systems.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.Important Interview Information:
    • Must have steel-toed boots to wear, even for your interview. This is a non-negotiable safety requirement.
