Management does above and beyond to accommodate2. Phenomenal call program - 2-4 weeknight call shifts per schedule (4 weeks) and 1-2 weekends per schedule (4 weeks). What makes our call a little different compared to different organizations is that no call shift is ever longer than 12-hours. Weekend call is either Friday and Saturday night only OR Saturday and Sunday during the day only. Staff seem to really like that because it doesn't take away your entire weekend when on call.3.
