Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the 2 Observation Unit. The ideal candidate will independently plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using standards of care, policy, and procedure. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care, assuming teaching and leadership responsibilities, participating in shared decision making, unit committee and quality improvement activities, and practicing ethically. REQUIREMENTS

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Completion of RN Residency Program for new graduates
Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
