Physical Med & Rehab opening in Ohio_x000D_Located in Findlay, OH_x000D_Full-Time & Permanent_x000D x000D_Seeking a BE/BC PM&R to join hospital._x000D x000D_- New musculoskeletal facility with orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry and rehabilitation services, as well as access to primary care, endocrinology/diabetes management, pain management and rheumatology! Opening January 2025._x000D_- Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians_x000D_- General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize_x000D_- Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment_x000D_- EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections_x000D_- Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures_x000D_- Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery_x000D_- Hospitalists available for consults_x000D_- Primarily outpatient (90%) with inpatient consults (10%)_x000D_- Integrated EMR with Cerner throughout health system_x000D_- Base salary, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend_x000D_- Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)_x000D_- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer_x000D x000D x000D_Location:_x000D x000D_Nestled in the Blanchard River Valley, Findlay/Hancock County is an ideal geographical location.
