Job Description:

We are seeking a Workplace Experience Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, design, and execution of projects that elevate our physical work environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, home improvement, remodeling, architecture, or interior design, along with at least 2 years of project management experience.About the Role:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities, AV, and IT, to understand business needs and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage all aspects of workplace improvement and renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Able to respond to urgent repair needs as well as manage long-term, detailed-oriented projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Provide regular progress updates and communicate any issues or changes to key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to company policies, safety regulations, ADA, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience through solutions and functionality.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and elevate the overall quality of our physical spaces.About You:Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
